- High-Value Item Commission: For items priced at $500 or more, the commission is reduced to 10% to encourage the sale of premium items.
- Volume Seller Discount: Sellers who achieve monthly sales exceeding $5,000 will qualify for a reduced commission of 12% on all sales in the following month.
2. Additional Fees
- Listing Fee: There is no charge for listing items on the platform. You are welcome to post as many items as you wish.
- Transaction Fee: A nominal fee of 3% will be applied to cover payment processing costs.
3. Payment Terms
- Payout Schedule: Sellers will receive payouts every two weeks. Payments are processed via direct deposit to the seller’s designated account.
- Deductions: The commission fee and any applicable transaction fees will be deducted from the final sale price before the payout.
4. Seller Responsibilities
- Pricing: Sellers are responsible for setting the prices of their items. Prices should reflect the item’s value and account for the commission and fees.
- Shipping Costs: Sellers must include accurate shipping costs in their item listings. Spirit & Blessings is not responsible for discrepancies in shipping charges.
- Item Quality: Sellers must ensure that all listed items meet the quality standards described in the website’s seller guidelines.
5. Platform Services
Spirit & Blessings provides the following services as part of the commission:
- Marketing: Promoting items through social media, email campaigns, and targeted advertisements.
- Customer Support: Handling customer inquiries and resolving disputes.
- Secure Transactions: Providing a secure payment gateway for all purchases.
6. Refunds and Returns
- Refund Policy: If a customer requests a refund and it is approved, the commission fee will be refunded to the seller.
- Disputes: In the event of a dispute, Spirit & Blessings will mediate to reach a fair resolution for both parties.
7. Termination and Policy Changes
- Termination: Spirit & Blessings reserves the right to terminate a seller’s account for violations of platform policies.
- Policy Updates: These policies may be updated periodically. Sellers will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.
